Ron IJzerman, Bronze Founder, lives and works at "De Paardenstal" in Scheveningen. In 1999 he established his own Bronze Foundry after working for five years in a Bronze Foundry in Brabant (South of Holland).

Inspired by his wife, Nathalie, he also started to create his own works of art. This gave rise to the project: "Strange Birds". Ron likes to make strange birds, because he also is a bit of a strange bird. Each bird is unique, because everyone is unique.

You can see his work (birds and other animals) in "De Paardenstal", Bronze Foundry and Art Studio. It is also possible to let him make a bird or other animal especially for you.

All statues are delivered with corresponding certificate.

You can choose a different patina for the statue of your choice and wait for it to be changed and then take them "warm" with you. You can also choose a different pedestal for your statue. Everything is possible.
